These analyses showed that high expression of cell cycle genes, MTORC1 signaling genes, EZH2 targets, and MYC targets were associated with lower immune infiltration following liso-cel treatment, suggesting that the lower response rate to liso-cel in pts with high expression of these genes may be due to inadequate immune infiltration following liso-cel treatment.
