We then assessed the responses of these GC cells to 5-Fluorouracil treatment under different concentrations. The result showed that the cell lines with higher expression of miR-199b/miR-152 (while lower expression of miR-200b/miR-103a) exhibited more resistance to fluorouracil than the other cell lines (Fig. 4C).
