...MTT and colony formation assays showed that miR-196a overexpression substantially promoted cisplatin resistance in CAL 27 and HN4 cells...we concluded that miR-196a could enhance proliferation and cisplatin resistance in HNC cells by promoting G1/S cell cycle transition and inhibiting cell apoptosis.
