SNaPshot testing revealed the D1010N mutation in MET, which leads to MET exon 14 skipping….The patient was treated with crizotinib off-label at 250 mg twice daily. CT scans obtained after 4 weeks of crizotinib treatment revealed near-complete resolution of the soft tissue mass around the lytic rib lesion and resolution of the right adrenal and liver lesions, as well as decreased thrombus in the right main pulmonary artery (Fig. 2).
