    Patients with histologically confirmed stage I-III HER2-negative breast cancer were enrolled in this study. Patients received nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel (260 mg/m2) followed by epirubicin (90 mg/m2) and cyclophosphamide (600 mg/m2) every 2 weeks with pegfilgrastim....Among the 55 patients enrolled in this study, 13 (23.6%) achieved pathological complete response, of whom 10/26 (38.5%) patients had triple-negative disease and 3/29 (10.3%) had luminal disease. The objective response was observed in 46 (83.6%) patients.
