A total of 178 patients with newly diagnosed FL have been included in this cohort analysis, with 140 cases successfully characterized by NGS....FL grade 1-3a treated in first line with R-CHOP/CHOP-like or R-bendamustine....we found that the presence of mutations in GNA13 and GNAI2, that encode G-proteins mostly involved in dissemination of germinal-center B-cells and migration, was associated with better PFS.
