In patients with PD-L1 ≥ 1%, the ORR was 50.0% (95% CI 33.4%-66.6%) for TQB2450 plus anlotinib and 5.3% (95% CI 0.1%-26.0%) for TQB2450 plus placebo….Anlotinib plus TQB2450 demonstrated promising antitumor activities in advanced NSCLC patients without EGFR and ALK alterations and the toxicities were overall manageable.
