    We report a case of a patient with an exon 19 mutation, P753S (splice site 748-1G>T) in EGFR who had a dramatic response to the combination treatment of an EGFR inhibitor and an mTOR inhibitor. We identify that the EGFR mutation P753S can be present in SCC.
