...we profiled 6 primary human CLLs (4 carrying del[13q] and 2 carrying del[13q], [11q] and mutant SF3B1)...Notably, the 2 primary samples carrying del(13q)/(11q)-SF3B1 were more resistant to BCRi compared to those with del(13q), as evidenced by reduced BIM signals (p= 0.01, the Van Elteren test).
