The survival rate curve indicated that Anlotinib could inhibit the proliferation of H446 cells in vitro...The study suggests that Anlotinib could inhibit the proliferation of small cell lung cancer cell lines, reprogram M1 polarization of macrophages and promote phagocytosis of macrophages. And it affected the expression of CD47 by inhibiting NF-kappaB by H446 to exert anti-tumor immune effects.
