A 2.5-year-old boy was diagnosed with myeloproliferative disorder and eosinophilia associated with lymphoblastic lymphoma both bearing the CCDC88C-PDGFRB fusion. Imatinib therapy resulted in rapid clinical, hematological, and cytogenetic response.
