Our previous data indicated that AMPK was markedly activated in ATIC-deficient cells. To determine whether AMPK is involved in ATIC induced migration of HCC cells, the above mentioned ATIC shRNA 1 or shScr was transfected into HepG2 cells followed by treating with or without AMPK inhibitor C-C.
