    The results showed that compared with Bel7402 cells, the APP expression in Bel7402-5-FU cells was significantly up-regulated at both the transcriptional and translational levels (P<0.05; Fig. ​Fig.11)....In this study, our findings revealed that APP expression was significantly up-regulated in 5-FU-resistant liver cancer cells.
