Data on saci in HER2 low @myesmo are not a surprise. There is probably a biological difference in "TNBC" tumors that are HER2 0 (really really not HER2 expressing, and highly proliferative), and ER+ tumors that are HER2 0 (really ER positive, more indolent, lower RR, longer PFS) (@DrHBurstein)
