This is lorlatinib for pediatric brain cancer (at least that is my impression) neo adjuvant. We don't know the mutational profile of the child. I doubt any country in Europe would cover it. It's not lorlatinib for nsclc with alk. (@VPrasadMDMPH)

Yes. This is not even that. This is lorlatinib for ped brain cancer prior to resection. And mutations not given. Lorlatinib has more data for nsclc w alk and brain Mets. (@VPrasadMDMPH)

My lab works on brain metastatic melanoma and glioblastoma. We are trying hard to find treatments that work for both. While we’ve had success in melanoma, glioblastoma has been very challenging. We now have preclinical models of all molecular subtypes and we will keep trying! (@HolmenSheri)

This is actually a microcystic meningioma. Thin-walled structures containing grungy proteinaceous pink stuff, not dense reddish material (secretory) or RBCs (angiomatous). Gain of chromosome 5 is common. Great guesses, everyone! (@CraigHorbinski)
