It was for all APML but had good results in the high risk cohort. The distinguishing factor was less anthracycline than many other high risk regimens (a single round of ida 12x4) but it did have maintenance. (@matthew_mei)

I have seen such cells and we call them blasts with thumb impression. They are seen in Acute promyelocytic leukemia which is CD 34 AND HLA DR Negative while Anti MPO , Cd 13, CD 33 & CD 56 are positive. (@Dr_haemiqbal)
